Appointments

We are generally available for appointments from 9.15am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to be as flexible as possible to suit your availability.

We offer appointments by telephone or video calls, as well as in-person. We use counselling/private rooms in venues across Harrogate.

Please note all our practitioners are volunteers and to arrange an appointment means scheduling two volunteers and booking an appointment room, so we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Out of hours

Evening appointments may be available outside of our general appointment hours.
